Home Cleaning Centers of America in Fort Worth is an independently owned and operated franchise of Home Cleaning Centers of America, one of the most trusted names in residential cleaning for over 40 years. We are Kelly and Michael McBride, and since 2018 we have built this business around a simple but demanding belief: that professional house cleaning should be exactly that — professional, in every sense of the word.
We serve families, professionals, and seniors across 21 cities in Tarrant County, and we do it with the kind of structure, accountability, and personal care that most cleaning services never come close to. Because we believe it — Keeping America Beautiful . . . One House at a Time.
Why HCCA Fort Worth is Different
Operational Excellence — Built Into Everything We Do

Kelly brings to this business a career defined by process engineering, quality systems, and large-scale operational leadership. Before co-founding HCCA Fort Worth, she spent decades leading regional and national operations at companies like Xerox, Conduent, and Teleperformance — building quality management systems and driving performance at enterprise scale. She held oversight responsibility for Six Sigma implementation initiatives and led large-scale U.S. technical support operations for one of the world's most recognized technology brands, earning an MBA with an Operations emphasis along the way.
That background shapes how this business runs. Our teams follow a structured, efficient process — the same steps, the same standards, the same organized approach on every single visit. Every visit closes with our HCCA Signature Finish, a final detail pass that ensures your home doesn’t just look clean — it feels finished. Not because we have to, but because a process that isn’t disciplined isn’t reliable. And reliability is exactly what our clients are paying for.
Four Decades of Knowing What Customers Expect

Michael’s career is built entirely around one thing: understanding what customers need and building systems to consistently deliver it. Over a 40-year career in retail leadership — including roles at McRae’s (a division of Saks), Pier 1 Imports at the corporate home office level, and Kirkland’s — he developed a deep expertise in how presentation, consistency, and attention to detail shape the customer experience.
At Pier 1, Michael was responsible for visual merchandising direction across more than 1,200 stores in the U.S. and Canada. He knows what it means to build and manage standards at scale — and he brings that same eye for detail and consistency to every home we clean.
Together, Kelly and Michael are not absentee owners. They are personally invested, personally reachable, and personally accountable for every visit.
A System You Can Count On
Most cleaning services send someone to your home and hope for the best. HCCA Fort Worth doesn’t operate that way.
Every team member is a direct HCCA employee — never a contractor or temp. Every team member is background-checked, uniformed, and fully bonded and insured. And every team member cleans our way. Our process is structured and efficient — the same steps, the same standards, the same organized approach on every single visit. Every visit closes with our HCCA Signature Finish, a final detail pass that ensures your home doesn’t just look clean — it feels finished. Our clients notice it. They comment on how professional and organized our teams are, and how consistent the results are job after job. That consistency isn’t an accident. It’s built in.
Every HCCA client also has a Client Specific Checklist — a documented record of their personal preferences and special instructions that travels with every job. Before the team begins work, the supervisor briefs each team member on the relevant items and confirms they understand what is expected. When the work is complete, every item on that list is personally verified and signed off by the supervisor before the team leaves. It covers the details that matter to you specifically: whether you prefer your floors dried after mopping, how to handle pets, lighting or thermostat preferences, a particular product you want us to use or avoid, or anything else about your home that your team needs to know. Nothing that matters to you gets left to chance or memory.
There are no contracts. No cancellation fees. No rescheduling fees. Ever. We earn your business every single visit, and we stand behind every clean with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
That guarantee means exactly what it says. If anything on a visit falls short of our standard, we come back and make it right — not at the next scheduled visit, but as soon as possible. Our clients describe it in their own reviews: a team that returned the next day when something was missed, an issue addressed immediately when it was flagged, a supervisor who asked them to check and confirm before considering the job done. The guarantee is not marketing language. It is the policy behind every visit and the reason our client retention looks the way it does.
HCCA Fort Worth has been voted DFW’s Favorite House Cleaning Service for three consecutive years—2024, 2025, and 2026—and we are proud members of the American House Cleaners Association.

Cleaning for a Reason — A Partnership That Is Personal
We are proud partners of Cleaning for a Reason, a national nonprofit that provides free professional house cleaning to cancer patients undergoing treatment. For us, this is not simply a charitable program.
It is a commitment rooted in lived experience.
In 2014, Kelly was diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma. After a bilateral mastectomy and the beginning of a long hormone therapy journey, she and Michael experienced firsthand what cancer does to a family — not just physically, but in every corner of daily life. The routines that once felt manageable become overwhelming. The home that should feel like a refuge becomes another burden. Having support in those moments is not a luxury. It is a lifeline.
In 2025, Kelly faced a recurrence — same breast, same subtype — requiring surgery and radiation. Once again, she was reminded of what it means to navigate treatment while trying to hold everything else together. That experience only deepened Kelly and Michael’s commitment to this cause.
Every time our team cleans the home of a patient in treatment, it is an act we take seriously. We know what it means. We know what it costs to go through that, and we know what it means to have one less weight to carry.
If you or someone you love is currently in treatment for cancer, we encourage you to apply through Cleaning for a Reason. We are honored to serve. Keeping America Beautiful . . . One House at a Time.
A Personal Word from Kelly and Michael
We started this business because we had lived on the other side of it. When we retired, we looked back on years of relying on cleaning services — and years of being let down. We went through service after service, established companies and independent operators alike, and couldn’t find one that consistently did the job well. With Kelly’s background in building operational systems and Michael’s career studying what customers actually expect, we believed we could do it better. So we did.
What we did not expect was how much this work would mean to us — or the relationships it would bring. Some of our clients have been with us since the very first year we opened our doors in Fort Worth. They have welcomed our teams into their homes week after week, year after year, and that kind of trust is something we don’t take lightly.
Some have been with us for seven and ten years. One client recently told us she is the third generation in her family to use HCCA — her entire family has been with us. That is not a customer relationship. That is something closer to a family one, and it is the kind of trust we work every single visit to deserve.
Walking into a home that is clean and calm and ready for a family to enjoy — that is not a small thing. For some of our clients, it is the difference between a stressful week and a manageable one. For others, it is simply the gift of a Saturday morning back.
We take that seriously. We hope you will give us the chance to earn your trust.
