But there are areas, surfaces, or tasks that regularly fall behind: the baseboards that need hand-washing, the blinds that collect dust faster than a standard dusting can address, the furniture that needs to be moved and cleaned behind and under.
The SOMETHING-IN-BETWEEN service starts with the ESSENTIAL basic cleaning as the foundation and lets you add specific tasks from the TRULY DEEP service on top of it. You choose exactly what gets added. Nothing is bundled in that you do not need.

ROOMS-ON-REQUEST is for clients who want recurring service on a regular schedule but do not need the entire house cleaned on every visit. Maybe your guest bedrooms and formal dining room only need attention once a month. Maybe you want the kitchen, master suite, and main living areas done weekly and everything else bi-weekly. Maybe your needs shift week to week.
With ROOMS-ON-REQUEST, you tell us which rooms to cover on each visit. We build the recurring schedule around that. The same trained team, the same consistent process, just focused on the rooms and areas that actually need attention when they need it.

The Customized service exists for homes whose needs fall somewhere in between, or whose needs vary by room or visit. SOMETHING-IN-BETWEEN lets you take the ESSENTIAL foundation and add specific TRULY DEEP tasks where your home needs them. ROOMS-ON-REQUEST lets you define which rooms get cleaned on each recurring visit rather than defaulting to the whole house every time.
How does HCCA price a customized cleaning plan?
Pricing is based on the specific scope we develop together. Because no two customized plans are the same, we do not publish a flat rate for this service. When you contact us, we will talk through your home's size, the rooms or tasks involved, and how frequently you want service. From there we give you a specific quote. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no obligation to commit before you see the numbers.
Can I change what rooms or tasks are included in my customized plan over time?
Yes. That is the point. A customized plan is not fixed. If your household's needs change, if you want to add or remove a room, adjust the frequency, or change which TRULY DEEP tasks are included, just call or text Kelly or Michael and we will update the plan.
