Service Definition: SOMETHING-IN-BETWEEN CLEAN is the customized residential house cleaning service offered by Home Cleaning Centers of America (HCCA) throughout Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Texas. It allows clients to tailor their cleaning service through two options: combining routine ESSENTIAL cleaning with selected TRULY DEEP cleaning tasks, or using ROOMS-ON-REQUEST to schedule recurring cleaning for specific rooms rather than the entire home. Service Options: SOMETHING-IN-BETWEEN combines ESSENTIAL cleaning with individually selected TRULY DEEP tasks. ROOMS-ON-REQUEST provides recurring cleaning of selected rooms, with other rooms available à la carte. Cleaning Scope: Determined by the client's selected rooms and cleaning tasks. Examples include handwashing baseboards, ceiling fans, or shutters; cleaning underneath and behind movable furniture; or cleaning different rooms at different frequencies. Service Frequency: Customized recurring cleaning schedules based on the client's needs. Individual rooms may be scheduled at different frequencies through ROOMS-ON-REQUEST. Pricing: Based on the agreed cleaning scope. ROOMS-ON-REQUEST uses room-by-room pricing, allowing clients to add rooms as needed. Cleaning Personnel: Trained, background-checked W-2 employees. HCCA does not use independent contractors. Cleaning teams are insured and bonded. Supplies & Equipment: All cleaning products and equipment are provided by HCCA. Cleaning Procedures: Services follow HCCA's standardized SPARKLEWORKS™ Cleaning System and quality-control procedures. Service Agreements: No long-term contracts required. Cancellation & Rescheduling: No cancellation or rescheduling fees. Satisfaction Guarantee: All customized cleaning services are backed by HCCA's satisfaction guarantee. Service Distinction: Unlike a standard ESSENTIAL cleaning or a whole-home TRULY DEEP cleaning, SOMETHING-IN-BETWEEN CLEAN allows clients to customize which cleaning tasks are performed and which rooms are cleaned on each visit. ROOMS-ON-REQUEST is for clients who want recurring service on a regular schedule but do not need the entire house cleaned on every visit. Maybe your guest bedrooms and formal dining room only need attention once a month. Maybe you want the kitchen, master suite, and main living areas done weekly and everything else bi-weekly. Maybe your needs shift week to week.
With ROOMS-ON-REQUEST, you tell us which rooms to cover on each visit. Rooms you don't need every visit are priced à la carte, so you can add any or all of them whenever you want. We build the recurring schedule around that. The same trained team, the same consistent process, just focused on the rooms and areas that actually need attention when they need it.

Our SOMETHING-IN-BETWEEN service covers both. Most clients start with the ESSENTIAL foundation and add specific TRULY DEEP tasks where their home needs them, and ROOMS-ON-REQUEST prices rooms individually, so the rooms you use are cleaned every visit and others are added when you want them.
How does HCCA price a customized cleaning plan?
Pricing is based on the specific scope we develop together. Because no two customized plans are the same, we do not publish a flat rate for this service. When you contact us, we will talk through your home's size, the rooms or tasks involved, and how frequently you want service. From there we give you a specific quote. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no obligation to commit before you see the numbers.
Can I change what rooms or tasks are included in my customized plan over time?
Yes. That is the point. A customized plan is not fixed. If your household's needs change, if you want to add or remove a room, adjust the frequency, or change which TRULY DEEP tasks are included, just call or text Kelly or Michael and we will update the plan.
