There are two main differences between the OMG, I'M MOVING! house cleaning and the TRULY DEEP house cleaning.
First, the home must be empty to be considered an OMG, I'M MOVING! house clean.
And second, while baseboards, doors/frames, window sills/sashes, ceiling fans, blinds/shutters, wood moldings, etc. are hand-washed just as they would be during a TRULY DEEP house cleaning, the interiors of closets, cabinets and drawers are additional tasks included in the OMG, I'M MOVING!.

The primary difference between the ESSENTIAL basic house cleaning and the TRULY DEEP house cleaning is that items typically dusted during the ESSENTIAL house cleaning visit are instead hand-washed during the TRULY DEEP house clean.
Those areas include baseboards, doors/frames, window sills/sashes, ceiling fans, blinds/shutters, wood moldings, etc.
The length of time it takes to complete a TRULY DEEP house cleaning is determined primarily by the size and condition of the home. Homes that have been maintained through a regular cleaning schedule and that have a "minimalist" approach to home decor take less time to clean while the opposite is true for homes that have not been regularly cleaned and/or contain a significant amount of furniture and decor items.
Yes, it is possible to have recurring house cleaning service provided at a frequency other than one, two or four weeks. However, Clients who choose a frequency for service other than our standard offerings, will not have the benefit of a regular day and time for their recurring visits.
Instead, during the week prior to their upcoming visit, they will be presented with a list of available days and slots from which to choose. While we will make every effort to accommodate that Client's needs, options that align to their preferences may not be available.

1) Storing decor and other items typically displayed on countertops and furniture can significantly reduce the amount of time required to clean the home.
2) Establishing a maximum number of hours for which you wish to pay and then prioritizing certain areas within your home helps ensure those areas are completed if the budget is insufficient to clean the entire home.
The price of the ESSENTIAL Basic House Cleaning Service is determined by a number of factors including the size of the home, the home's contents and surfaces, the traffic within the home, as well as the frquency of service selected. Prices begin at $95 per visit..

You can cancel or reschedule a regularly scheduled cleaning at any time. There are no cancellation or reschedule fees, but please provide as much notice as possible.
Skipping a regularly scheduled cleaning visit will result in the price of your next visit changing to the next level price provided when we completed your service quote. Visits rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe result in no change in price.

We send appointment reminders to help you prepare for your cleaning during the week prior to your scheduled visit. Additionally, we text a one-hour window within which your team is scheduled to arrive.
If no one is home and we can't access your home, payment of 50% of your regular price is required to compensate your assigned team.
Even better - you'll get a whole team to clean your house on each visit!
At HCCA, we typically use teams of two or three experienced cleaning specialists, and while the specialists may rotate, we strive to send the same Supervisor to your home.
Every HCCA cleaning professional is our employee (not a contractor), and is thoroughly trained in our proven processes and methods. Our approach results in consistent, reliable service every single time we visit.
Although we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible for planning purposes, our owners know that LIFE HAPPENS and at times, you many need to cancel at the last minute! We view it as our mission to make your life just a little bit easier, so we'll gladly work with you to find another time that fits your schedule.
