A checklist tells a cleaner what needs to be done. It’s useful, and our teams use one for the details specific to your home. But memorizing a list of tasks isn’t the same as learning a method for doing them.
SPARKLEWORKS teaches a defined sequence: where to start, how to clean each area, what comes next, and how to check the finished work. Our specialists practice that method on every visit, and supervisors inspect and coach it. Doing the work the same way every time makes the team better at it and helps them spot what needs attention.

The team knows the plan before they arrive.
Everyone knows their part.
Each specialist has an assignment and knows what comes next. No one is standing in your driveway or milling around your house deciding where to start, and no one is redoing someone else's work.
The work follows a sequence.
Kitchens and bathrooms follow the same prescribed sequence on every visit, whatever the home's size or layout. Dusting follows a defined route; floors are then vacuumed and mopped as appropriate in the order your Team Supervisor directs.
The order has a purpose.
It reduces the chance of overlooking a room or surface, repeating work, or letting dust and debris land on something already cleaned.
A sparkling home shouldn't depend on someone remembering everything.

Cleaned is one thing. Finished is another.
Inspected as we go.
Your Team Supervisor checks completed work at least twice during a visit, and more often when needed. They follow the cleaning sequence and inspect by sight and touch—because you can feel residue you might never see.
Finished for your home.
Your Client Specific Checklist brings your preferences into every inspection. At the final checkpoint, your Supervisor completes the HCCA Signature Finish™: pillows fluffed, throws folded, your things where you keep them, and nothing of ours left behind.
Signed by your Supervisor.
Nothing goes back in the car until the final inspection is complete. Your Supervisor then signs the Residence Quality Certification, documenting their commitment that your home meets HCCA standards.

Questions About How We Clean
Will I have the same cleaning team every time?
Your Team Supervisor stays consistent, although other team members may rotate. Every specialist is trained to follow the same SPARKLEWORKS process, so the way your home is cleaned doesn’t depend on which team members visit that day.
Are kitchens and bathrooms deep cleaned on every visit?
Yes. Our teams follow a prescribed cleaning sequence for kitchens and bathrooms and deep clean those rooms on every visit. You don’t have to book a separate deep clean to receive that level of attention in the hardest-working rooms of your home.
How do you check the work before leaving?
Your Team Supervisor inspects completed areas during the visit, checking by sight and by touch. They also verify the preferences recorded for your home. After a final check, your Supervisor signs the Residence Quality Certification before anything goes back in the car.
What if I’m unhappy with something after the team leaves?
Tell us. We ask you to rate your visit from 0 to 10, and we read every comment. If something isn’t right, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll come back and correct it as soon as possible, rather than waiting until your next scheduled visit.
